2013 Joyce Award recipient Seitu Jones is a St. Paul, Minnesota-based artist and educator with a long track record of ambitious projects. But he’s never tried anything as visionary as what he and his team are planning for September 14, 2014: orchestrating a meal for 2000 people at a 3/4–mile long table stretching down Victoria Avenue in St. Paul.
